Lorsqu’un salarié est employé à temps partiel, les conditions de son emploi et de sa rémunération sont spécifiées dans sa lettre d’engagement ou dans tout avenant ultérieur.

La présente convention collective lui est applicable dans le cadre de la législation en vigueur.
