Seule la syntec demande le MOTIF hors celui ci n’est pas indiqué sur le volet 3 de l’arrêt maladie que lui remet le médécin ET pour cause puisqu’il s’agit du SECRET MEDICAL.

Un employeur peut il donc exiger de connaitre le MOTIF ?
